I am the controller of the personal data described below, within the meaning of the GDPR.

What this website does not do

The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. There are no forms. A test fails the build if any of this ever changes.

The web server does not keep a log of visits. Technical error logs of the server may contain an IP address; they are rotated and deleted automatically, usually within a few weeks.

E-mail

If you write to kontakt@ravingcode.pl, I process your address, the content of the message and anything you include, to reply and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and perform the contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or my legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I keep correspondence for as long as needed for the matter, and afterwards until any claims become time-barred or as long as tax law requires for contract-related documents.

Who else processes the data

• OVH (OVH SAS, France): server hosting and encrypted backups, in data centres in the European Union
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): DNS for ravingcode.pl and forwarding of e-mails sent to kontakt@ravingcode.pl to my mailbox. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection
• The provider of the mailbox that receives forwarded e-mails

Data is not sold, not used for marketing and not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to kontakt@ravingcode.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
